We have a tentative agreement as you have undoubtedly heard!!!
The Negotiations Team met on Monday, February 13th
to review the language changes in preparation for a general membership meeting. At this meeting the Team will share the particulars of the new contract. At this time members will be afforded the opportunity to ask questions about the agreement.
After the meeting a timeline will be established for a ratification vote which will take place in the individual schools.
NJEA leadership continues to staunchly urge local Associations to resist the strong armed tactics to knuckle under to his pressure. We are not the problem! We did not create the problem!
Now is the time for YOU to contact your representatives in Trenton.
